Hey hey, Sorry I have been a way for a bit. Ok so these aren't really of any particular assignment, but im guessing you want some feed back, so here goes.

Your composition is good, the exposure is safe, but needs a level filter applied, Pof and aperture are good. The main problem I see here is your light source, its overly diffused. Now you can shoot in that light and add filters to better it, but you havent done that yet. Some times you have no choice but to shoot in such light and Post is where you fix it. My advice would be to find a stronger "main" or "key" light to use.

When your subject is people and portraits are the game, try to find a light source that will fill in or light the subjects eyes, as this is the most important part in most cases, as it is also usually your PoF.
